I about to leave for the airport in 2 hours. Gonna catch a flight Nevada for a high level closed door mastermind organized by Russel Brunson (brilliant marketer and all around GREAT guy).
OK, just a heads up this success strategy may be HARD to sallow depending on your situation. Watch and you’ll see what I’m talking about…

they say in our country “निन्दक नेड़े राखिये”.
Which means “always keep your critic with you” .
Well if you ask me i never listen to a negative comment who so ever is giving it. and i also wanna tell you that like you i have also come a long long way.
Yup.. Heard this before that who you associate with is very important. There’s a Chinese story about a poor lady who moved houses 3 times just to get his son to some place with good association and her son really become successful from there.
Hey Amit,
Thanks for the GREAT reminder. Excellent point and One of the best tips and very well said. Just a reminder that Misery likes company. So unless you want to stay your life suffering and losing, stay AWAY from those unsuccessful people, long before it is tool late. Bad Associates can make or break your life. NEVER associate with losers because they will make your life miserable. I used to feel bad for those and say they will be better if I tried to help them, but I learned the hard way, that once a loser always a loser. Now I associate only with hard working successful people.

This is so true. I mentor people on a regular basis about controlling their environments. You are not a product of your environment. Your environment is a product of your thoughts. Most times, as Amit says, it is your associations that kill you.
If you find yourself in this situation and you can’t change your friends, change your friends.
Great advice Amit! One of your best.
Coming from sales in corporate america, where there was a leaderboard every month, the sales reps consistently at the bottom of the leaderboard always were the most negative and pushed their negative energy daily, and always made excuses why those at the top were at the top. I always avoided them like the plague.
Nicole and I have managed to always gravitate to people that exude positivity and success. Sorry to even reference a site on a comment, but Nicole just launched her blog http://healthychow.com/, and her focus is on achieving peace and harmony in food and life. We are both working on our own projects, and we have made some major adjustments in the last year, forced to weed out some of the skeptics who think we are chasing an unrealistic dream with our internet endeavors. We have no doubt in our minds we will be successful, and we will not waste our energy on those who chose to sit on the sidelines and blame the economy on their situation. We really have appreciated your infinite knowledge since your blog has launched and within PPC Classroom. I look for every new post from the Swami on my Google homepage before I read anything else in the media. We are working on taking action and applying best practices that will get us where we need to be, and your advice has been invaluable. Thanks again Amit.

average income of five of your closest friends is your income.
Nice observation. I read somewhere may be Tony Robbins saying this.
Amit,
Thank you very much for sharing such information.
I implement every post I read/see here.
And also sad my friend (after previous your post earlier regarding associations) to STOP talking about his bad life everyday and taught economy times and excuses about his financial situation. And I even do not speak with him when he backs to his sorrow.
Thanks,
Slava
Just remembered Russian saying regarding friends:
“Show me your friends and I will say who you are”
