Hi Amit,

What a profound post. “Before you can ever lead other people and build a successful business you need to be able to lead YOURSELF.”

This is totally true when it comes to outsourcing. Alot of people get it wrong by thinking that I will have VA do this or that …. and when the results come in, they are off the mark. You must master YOURSELF, before you can successfully and effectively lead: a task, a project, a team and a business. Start with the end result you WANT and work back from there..breaking down the milestones you need to accomplish.

A paradigm shift must occur and you can’t blame ANYONE else but YOURSELF. It’s not the economy, its YOU, the business owner.
