Regarding my most recent post, a lot of you have been asking “Amit, what do you do on a daily basis so I can model that.”
That’s a great question. I’ll tackle that in a later post. And you know what? A lot of my posts in this blog already answer parts of that question. So if you haven’t had a chance to read this blog cover to cover, do that.
Anyways, let me post the video for today’s post so Shilpi and I can go back to playing Wii Resort.
In this video I talk about breaking through your pain threshold and why it has EVERYTHING to do with success, comment and tell me what you think…

Great advice Amit. It really is time for me to dig deep down with fitness and with business. The 4 mile runs where I only jog don’t seem to bring the results that I used to get, because I am not tricking my body and pushing myself as much as I should be. Regarding business it is now crunch time, and it is time to step up to the plate and take on some responsibilities that may take me out of my comfort zone, but are pivotal for my success.
Everyone thinks internet marketing is easy and it is once you get through the “pain thresh hold”. It will be one the hardest thing you ever do but when you break through holy sh*t what a ride it is!
I know exactly what you are talking about and have been through it, and I am one of the 2% who “made it”through to the other side.
Your’e the man, I respect you a ton! Keep up the videos blogs, great jobs!!!!
Absolutely right Amit. Yes, biggest hurdle to success is being able to cross that pain threshold. If only people really pushed themselves to their limit, do they realize their true potential.
“Persistent and consistent.”… great quote!
hi Amit,
One thing strikes me.
you said on several occasions that you lacked self confidence, not a very communicative and people person.
But when you are standing in the middle of the street and talking into camcorder without paying attention to others and with great confidence, it is amazing.
But you are certainly causing some traffic jams there, my friend. LOL.
Awesome video, everything you said is so true.
Most people don’t even take action to begin with, but the ones that do stop way too early.
As you said, there’s only the top 1 or 2% of people who keep pushing and don’t stop, and those are the ones who achieve awesome success.
Right now I’m still pushing and won’t stop till I make it big online.
Keep up the great videos, your blogs have changed my life.

The hardest part is the extra one more count till the pain threshold but it is the most fulfilling part. I just heard from Greg that you beat him recently in Wii Tennis over at his place, is that the results of your workout.
Hi Amit,
Being able to push through the our pain threshold and keep going will definitely help us to grow and get outstanding results. People usually stop when they feel pain and that is why I agree with you that those who felt the pain and push through anyway are the ones who really succeed in life.
Cheers,
Vincent
