  2. Hi Amit,

Excellent ebook. All new entrepreneurs should really read full book.

I thank you and god for spreading positive energy among online entrepreneurs.

    Thanks
    Mani

  3. Hey Amit,

I hope people are listening you and all your advice on being successful. You are not holding back with the ingredients of success. Outsourcing is key for IM to make lots of money while not wokring all the time.

I found a good program that gives IM the tools to train their outsourcers (see my blog and the banner is on the right side). I have been studying and learning alot about outsourcing and which direction I should go.

It should be know to all that there is a trial and error period when partnering up with outsourcers. That’s why I like this one program that gives you the tools to train your staff.

    Awesome job Amit!

    To our success….

    Richard

  4. Raj says:

    Amit,
Thanks for the ideas packed second report.

How or When do you decide to give a percentage of your profits. You wrote, make sure they are highly qualified but is there a specific metric you look at like how much they are contributing to the overall profit etc.

You talked about: elance and 99designs.
I was expecting a little more on hiring full time employees overseas like from Philippines etc. I guess you don’t need to that as you have a full team.

    Thanks.

PS: Sorry I did not see the answer and so repeat here.
Do you recommend Google website optimizer, if you don’t use it, what do you use for split testing Landing pages.

    • Amit says:

      Hey Raj

I recommend a tool called hypertracker.com for split testing. As for percentage profits, I need to update my report, I lately don’t recommend that strategy because you’re never going to work with the same outsourcer forever. The percentage profits ties you to them.

A better approach would be to offer then a percentage profits for the first 12 months. But honestly I no longer offer percentage profits and don’t recommend it.

  5. Andras says:

    Hey Amit,

    Fantastic report, great informations!
May I ask You, what is the typical percent for outsourcing people you give?

    Thanks, Andras

  6. Nicholas says:

Very detailed and helpful pdf report. Many thanks for your generosity.

  7. Hi All,

My words to all is whenever Amit says some strategy if i started following that i will get results within a week or two. So i trust his strategy 100%.

I am not saying specifically about ppc. For handling anything about life. His recommendation of “Books”,
    “Handling people”, “managing your business”,
“managing yourself”, “handling your hurdles”, “looking positive part of everything” and more.

Above words i am saying from my heart..Eventhough i started my Affiliate Marketing business 2.5 years before i am become more successful after i join “PPC Classroom” and reading all his blog and trainings. Nothing more..I just follow without any doubt on his strategy.

    Thanks Amit.

    Regards,
    Mani

Wow. I have just read through the guide and I can say the last part is the part that most of us really missed out. Thanks once again for sharing the great tips on building a business online.

I have heard of Rich Schefren from a lot of great internet marketers too. Didn’t know Amit is also learning from him. Cool.
