I decided to do a second video on risk management because it’s so freakin’ important that you get this right.

Here’s what you need to understand: there’s a BIG difference between making money and KEEPING it.

1. Having a clear vision of what you want backed by a burning desire
2. Having an absolute belief in it’s realization

And now I want to talk about the 3 and rather nasty element of the equation.

It’s nasty all right, it’s a 4-letter word: W-O-R-K

You’ve got to put in some serious action towards your goal, and if you don’t 2 things will happens:

1. Your desire to hit the goal will fade
2. Your belief level will DROP like a rock

This is why you hear so many people talk about how all the “positive thinking crap doesn’t work!?!”

Of course it doesn’t work if you don’t put in the action to achieve your goal.

In the next couple of posts I want to talk about EXACTLY how to talk action to maximize your productivity and build MOMENTUM.

Because it’s NOT enough to take action, you gotta take the RIGHT actions within the right time frame.

By far the BIGGEST mistake people make in this area is lack of consistency.

You get excited about PPC, launch a few campaigns that don’t work out and suddenly you’re not taking as much action anymore, you slow down.

Or worse you stop for a while, say month, and then get started again a month later.

Another more likely scenario is that you get sucked into one of these IM launches about to make money with twitter or something crazy like that and STOP launching PPC campaigns to see if you can make money with twitter.

Every time you do something like that you’re KILLING YOUR MOMENTUM.

You need to FOCUS on ONE strategy until you get good at it and start seeing results.

You need to be PERSISTENT and CONSISTENT.

Do something everyday to move your business forward for at least 1-2 hrs per day.

And I don’t care if you’re NOT motivated. If you stop taking action because you’re not motivated, then your motivation will only go lower.

However, if you take action regardless of how you feel you will get motivated.

Staying consistent with your action and doing a little bit everyday is WAY better than working really hard on your business 2 days week (around the weekends let’s say), again, because you lose momentum.

Try doing your job 2 days a week and see how much you get done.

“But Amit, I don’t have the TIME to spend 2 hrs a day on my business, I got my job, my kids, my…”

That’s BULLSHIT.

What you’re really telling me is that you don’t have a strong enough reason to find 2 hrs out of the day to build your business.

Cancel you cable subscription and stop watching TV all together and bam, there you go, you got 2 hours.

Cut down on your recreational and social activities while your building your business.

And if you’re not willing to make some serious temporary sacrifices to build your business, like I did, then you’re not ready to get rich yet.
